Foreign nationals can also call this number to get visa related information and advice.

# Candidates must come to the office in colored clothes on the day of application submission/ photograph taking.

# Photographs may not be taken wearing white and light colored clothes, white hats, glasses, caps, forehead tips etc.

# E-passport application automatically if NID/BRC mismatch with previous passport  Get stuck in system software (Basic check Clearance/Sent to Backend Verification).
The said applications are disposed of by the Central Clearance Moule thereby delaying the receipt of the e-passport.  In such cases, applicants are asked to wait patiently until the passport is printed.

# Previous MRP for e-Passport application, National Identity Card  Or all the information in the birth certificate must be identical.
If there are different information then the application should be corrected.

# If there is more than one birth registration, the remaining birth registrations should be canceled keeping the correct one.
